Our office is conveniently
located on the Salem Hospital campus in the Center for Outpatient
Medicine Building. This is located on the corner of Winter and Oak
Streets across from the main hospital building. You are welcome to
park in the patient/visitor parking structure for Salem Hospital that is
easily accessible from Winter Street. This parking structure
connects to our building via a convenient sky bridge.
